BIOGRAPHY

Carlo Castro is the director of quality assurance, in his role he is responsible for ensuring a high level of quality for the end customer, effectively managing the attributes of the company to meet the needs and expectations of interested parties.

Castro began his career in 1998 as an aeronautical manager and logistics officer in the Colombian Air Force -FAC- and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after serving honorably in the FAC as a logistics officer, planning and maintenance officer, as well as academic director in various programs; He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Management from the Colombian Air Force Academy and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from ICESI University. He also has diplomas of logistics management specialist, aeronautical logistics specialist, and national security and defense specialist. He is also a quality consultant and auditor for the aviation, space and defense industry -AS & D-

With over 24 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, he has held various leadership positions in maintenance, logistics, quality control, supply chain management, and aviation logistics.

Castro has a lifelong passion for the aerospace industry that combines leadership, organization, a high sense of responsibility, discipline, commitment, and ease of learning.
